I did not perform how I had hoped for Phase 2: Microsoft Excel. I had many late assignments and that made me less creative. I will do better in the future. In the A7 assignment, I was able to understand how accomplish most of the requirements. Even so, I made mistakes and I would've been able to adjust them if I had done it earlier. I will be more organized on my future assignments.
I had experience in, 5.5.5 Cell Formatting Facts, from when I had to make inventory sheet at work. I used features like alignments and fonts to make it look professional. Aligning text to center usually made things more aesthetically pleasing and easier to read. Fonts are also important because they need to be legible and professional looking.
Outside of IS101-3210, I will use features like "Wrap Text" and "Autofit" to smoothly adjust columns on Excel spreadsheets. I will use this is my own workplace and in future workplaces. These features will help me organize information.
In Phase 3, I was in a bit of a time crunch. I do think I was able to be creative with my assignments and I finished most of the requirements. I had to rush on some part and I had mistakes because of it. I unfortunately was not able to upgrade my mindset to be the best achieving version of myself I wish I was.
It's okay to stumble as long as you don't repeat the same mistake and improves :-)

Time crunch indeed but we are in overtime now and you will reach your goal ^_^
It's cool that you are able to take what you have learned and apply outside of class.
